Billing questions
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, even after you cancel your plan. You can come back months later and use them.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once a year, 20% less than twelve monthly payments, and get the whole year's credits on the first day: 1,440 on Creator, 4,800 on Pro. The plan renews yearly until you cancel.
Can I change plans?
Upgrade any time, or move from monthly to yearly: you pay the new price less the unused part of your current period, get the new plan's credits right away, and your billing period restarts that day. A downgrade starts at your next renewal. A yearly plan can't move to monthly before its year ends.
Is VAT or sales tax added at checkout?
No. Prices are in US dollars and the price shown is the price you pay: no VAT, GST or sales tax is added at checkout or on your invoice.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Buy a 30-credit pack for $9 at any time, upgrade your plan, or wait for your monthly renewal. Concepts, titles, the editor and the AI score (5 a day, 30 on a paid plan) stay free.
How do I cancel?
Account → Manage billing → Cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you keep every credit you have.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Confirm your email and you get 3 image credits, with downloads and no watermark. You only enter a card when you choose a plan or a pack.
Who handles payments?
Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. Prices are in US dollars.
