A generation failed. Did I lose a credit?

No. Failed or blocked generations are refunded automatically. Your balance updates in the top bar.

The image model refused my prompt.

Its safety filter sometimes declines scenes with violence, real people or brands. Rephrase the scene in the concept's Customize panel and try again.

Can I change the headline after generating?

Yes, any time and for free. The headline is a text layer in the editor, not part of the image.

What size do exports have?

1280×720 JPG under 2 MB (YouTube's limit) or PNG, and 1080×1920 for Shorts covers. See the thumbnail size guide.
