Delete your account

You can delete your Clickframe account yourself at any time:

1. Open the app and log in: Account.
2. Under Delete account, confirm with your password and press Delete my account.

Can't log in? Email privacy@norvane-studio.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address and password hash
• All projects, concepts, generated images, saved designs and exports
• Persona photos and any images you uploaded for scoring
• Your credit history

Deletion from the live service is immediate. Copies in nightly backups disappear as those backups rotate out, within six months. Unused credits are lost.
