Privacy policy

Clickframe is an AI thumbnail maker operated by Norvane Studio ("we"). This page explains what we collect, why, who processes it and how to remove it. Questions: privacy@norvane-studio.com.

What we collect

What we don't do

No advertising, no selling of data, no analytics or tracking scripts, no third-party cookies. Your browser's local storage holds your sign-in token so you stay logged in; logging out removes it.

AI providers that process your content

To generate concepts and images we send the minimum needed to these providers, under their paid API terms:

When you paste a YouTube link we look up that public video's title and channel through YouTube's public oEmbed service, and your browser loads the video's public thumbnail from YouTube's image servers. We never download videos.

Where it is kept

Data is stored on a server operated for us by OVHcloud in Europe. The database and image storage live on that server and are not shared with other companies. Nightly database backups are kept for up to six months on a rolling basis.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Deleting a project deletes its images and designs. Deleting a persona deletes its photos. Deleting your account deletes everything immediately from the live service, and from backups as they rotate out.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Delete your account in the app, or write to privacy@norvane-studio.com. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Clickframe is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 in the EU. We do not knowingly collect their data.
