These terms apply when you use Clickframe, operated by Norvane Studio. By creating an account you accept them.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 (16 in the EU) to use Clickframe. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Credits
- One credit makes one AI image (a generation or an AI edit). Concepts, titles, scoring and the editor are free.
- If a generation fails, its credit is refunded automatically.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Free credit amounts may change.
What you may not create
- Sexual content, content that harms minors in any way, hate, harassment, or content promoting self-harm or crime.
- Images of real people without their consent, including persona photos of someone who hasn't agreed.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness.
- Deceptive thumbnails that misrepresent your video in ways that break YouTube's policies.
We use automated moderation and may refuse requests, remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Ownership
You own what you upload and the thumbnails you create with Clickframe, to the extent the law allows. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and show them back to you. We don't claim your work and don't use it to market Clickframe without asking.
AI output
Generated images and suggestions can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review everything before you publish it. AI scores are opinions, not guarantees of performance.
Availability
Clickframe is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
